I was talking to my boyfriend over the phone when I suddenly saw this outside my window.
Me: Hold on I have to take a picture of something.
Boyfriend: Go ahead, sure.
And then I hurried to my room to get my camera and take a picture of it. :) I believe that yes, God will make a way. This got me smiling the whole time, so I decided to share it to everyone.

Since we are creative and we want to make our twitter usernames cute, we ended up with this. It was actually nice playing with our names! I’m actually satisfied with mine, though I am bit bothered because if you’re not from UST you won’t get the point of my username. But who cares? It’s nice and catchy that way. :)
I don’t remember if he was sleeping over a cup of taho or he was just making pa-cute cos’ he knows I’m taking a picture of him.
Anyway, my boyfriend and I went to Mamang Taho for his 5-hour break. It was actually fun since we’re the only ones there, it was quiet, the taho was awesome, and it was cozy! We had a temple run competition! It was fun. :)
Since I was craving for Japanese food…. =P~. Well, that’s basically my week. Nothing interesting, really, just full of food and happy thoughts! I’m glad that God’s giving me a chance to pig out.

Mom: Ate *insert name here* told me that kaya siya pa-picture ng pa-picture kasi bihira na ang nagpapakasal ng bongga ngayon kasi puro civil wedding na and live in.
Me: No. What the heck? It’s not with our generation. It’s like this, you become like people you surround yourself with. If you hang out with people who doesn’t believe in love, then you’ll end up just like one.
I got really annoyed with one of my cousins statements. I mean it’s not with our generation, it’s with how you view life, who you surround yourself with, and how you are with the people around you. It felt like she was saying that whatever is in, you should follow, so if everyone’s going for this, you should also.
This is the reason why our generation is fucked up.
We get to be influenced a lot by other people’s perspective, the media, or how we see things. We are sponges. Rather being a sifter that separates what we should believe and question, we just take in what we should take in. We become whatever the media wants us to be.
Who says there will be no Church weddings in the future?
I am one of those people who still aim to preserve herself to be able to have a solemn and sweet wedding. I don’t want to get married just because I already have something inside my tummy! I want to get married because I love the person I’m going to marry, and I want God to witness it. I want to have a Church wedding, I want it to be special.
Not everyone wants to have a civil wedding. Sure there are some! But not everyone. That’s why my cousin’s statement annoyed the hell out of me.
So, you become like people you surround yourself with. Always remember that.
